We do not live in the area and my RV's air conditioner went out on me and my family the moment we set up camp. I contacted the other RV company in Rockport and they kept me on hold for over 20 minutes. After I finally was able to speak to someone they blew me off. I posted my problem on facebook and a friend suggested I call Camper Clinic. When I called it was 30 minutes before your company closed for the day. I spoke to your warranty department and the lady walked me through the entire process step by step. She was knowledgeable and explained to me the process of what it was going to take to get a air conditioner. While I was talking to her she called and had all my warranty guaranteed. She never once put me on hold and was such a saint I needed at the time. She needed information I didn't know where to find and she came out to my RV and got all the information herself. She was compassionate about the problem of our family not having any air to cool our RV and us having small children. She helped my wife find a hotel for us to stay at for the night and the next day she had our ac installed. Her name is Ravin but I do not know her last name to put it in this survey. Our family is very grateful for her hard work and for her actually caring about our children. We will recommend Camper Clinic and will always use your company for anything we might have a problem with in the future. Camper Clinic was recommended to me through my neighbor that lives in the same RV park as my wife and I. I was very against using them as I have heard negitive things of them in the past. I have to admit my mind was changed 110% after receiving the service that my wife and I received. I went in with a very closed mind until I met the warranty manager. Not only did she treat myself and my wife with respect but she made us both feel we were her main concern. She communicated with us throughout our process on a daily basis. She accomplished what 3 other RV dealers said they didnt have time for. She always greeted us with a smile and made our time there enjoyable. I will recommend Camper Clinic to anyone. If all the employees have her work ethics there,there is no doubt in mine or my wifes mind that this company has an amazing group of people. While on our way to South Texas a slideout became inoperable. While on the road we made a appointment to have the service department trouble shoot the problem. The problem was found and parts ordered. A week later we returned and had the parts installed. We are now back to normal. The staff we dealt with were super. I had an electrical problem in my 1999 Airstream Excella trailer. After failing to locate and correct the problem myself, I contacted the Camper Clinic II office in Buda, TX as they are an Airstream dealer. Buda is about 180 mi. from my location near Rockport, TX. The Buda office referred me to Jeff Busse, the Rockport Service Manager. I visited your Rockport office and spoke with Jeff who assured me that they were qualified to fix my problem. I left my trailer at the shop on Monday, Feb. 10, 2014 and they completed the repairs late on Tuesday, Feb. 11. I picked up the trailer on Wed., Feb. 11 and technician John clearly explained the origin of the problem and the actions he took to correct it. I am very satisfied with the work performed and will return to the Rockport office if additional work is required. I will also tell others of my satisfaction with the work done. I would rate my satisfaction a 5 star if the problem had been found and corrected quicker than 6 hours. John is a very competent service technician and the problem was somewhat unusual. Eureka, IL
