You can cool down or heat up with the 5,000 BTU air conditioner and 12,000 BTU furnace, and the E-Z bed/dinette system is exactly what it claims to be - easy to set up. The expanded wet bath is a feature that you wouldn't normally expect to find on a unit in this class, but it certainly does come in handy! The kitchen area is compact, but it delivers quite a bit of convenience with its two-burner cooktop, sink, and 12 volt refrigerator.
